Materials submitted as part of the application for admission can be returned or forwarded to a third party. The admissions committee will not consider an application until it is complete. It is the applicant's responsibility to meet the posted deadlines and ensure all materials have been received. Applicants are encouraged to use the Web Status Check or to contact the Admissions Office to find out if you are missing documentation
-
For fall applications, the priority deadline is February 1st. We will begin reviewing complete applications beginning February 1st and release decisions by the end of February. For applications received after February 1st or for spring or summer application, it can take up to four weeks before you receive a decision.
-
The admissions committee takes into account all components of the application: grade point average (GPA), GRE scores, TOEFL (for international students), letters of recommendation, work and/or volunteer experience, personal statement (where we look at the quality of writing and for high levels of religious, social, and intellectual maturity), and the interview.
-
Admission to the STM is not guaranteed and is competitive. Therefore, estimates of the likelihood of acceptance cannot be given to any applicant.
-
If you have applied to the STM in a prior admission cycle and are now re-applying, you must submit a new application form, application fee, and new supporting documents. Materials are not retained after each admission cycle concludes.
-
Current STM students wishing to change programs should contact the Admissions Office for details on the process. Typically, students will need to submit a new application with a new letter of intent, as well as two letters of recommendation from current STM Deans of Faculty. Please note: Admission is not guaranteed to subsequent programs.
-
The application form, statement of purpose, resume, letters of recommendation, and writing sample (if applicable) should be submitted electronically. Official online transcripts can be emailed directly to the Admissions Office: bishop@theeternalevanjah.com
